The hotel is gorgeous. The staff are consistently courteous and always pleasant. The rooms are airy and neat with complimentary toiletries. They offer games including Xbox.

The stay was comfortable! I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it's clean and perfect. The staff were consistently courteous and provided help. The venue's position was central. Moreover, the area was good.

Updated rooms with a balcony, food splendid. Great decoration. Incredible setting in the great area, just off the nightclub, Coppid Beech and a restaurant. Situated only 1 km from Church of st Mark. Hot drinks at main bar, excellent service.

The food at the restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, with delicious dishes to choose from. the fact that it's in a good spot for business was a bonus 👍.

Staff were well organised and receptive. We arrived in the morning, not expecting our room to be ready, but wanting to check in to avoid queues later. Although our room wasn't ready the receptionist switched our room and we were able to leave our luggage in our room immediately. Hotel was spacious and well decorated/furnished. It had lots of facilities, but we did not take advantage of these this time. Our room was a superior room and fairly spacious with a sitting area. The bathroon was fairly ordainery and lacked the extras that I would expect in an upmarket hotel. However our room was certainly value for money and we would stay there again.
As might be expected on a Sunday morning with a full hotel, we had to queue for breakfast. Again this did not spoil our stay, and we probably waited less than 10 minutes before being given a large table.

The room was surprisingly large and luxurious with a balcony. the staff were more than helpful to make me feel welcome. - the setting was favorable, really close to a fully booked restaurant and a shopping center with Next.

we loved the look of the hotel both inside and out, my children were especially impressed by the fish aquariums. All the staff were really freindly and helpful and the room we had was very comfortable.
the only thing we didnt like was the showers in the spa, they were a bit dirty and needed updating

The staff here were extremely helpful with anything I needed, my room had a lot of storage space, a new carpet, and they provided coffee, the service was always accommodating and willing to assist with anything.
